I am looking for the right diacritics from the menus available in Sinopia. In particular, I would like to find the following:

ʹ SOFT SIGN, PRIME / MODIFIER LETTER PRIME
ʺ HARD SIGN, DOUBLE PRIME / MODIFIER LETTER DOUBLE PRIME

The Unicode numbers for them are available here:

You can add diacritics to the tables yourself. See https://github.com/LD4P/sinopia/wiki/Diacritics-and-character-sets for instructions
