[BUG] Smartpacer padding misalignment issue on higher dpi. #5214

Describe the bug

Smartpacer padding misaligned if we use higher dpi.
I suggest to add configurable padding slider.
let user configure it's padding as they like.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Increase screen size dpi to 450+
Set Smartpacer as at a glance
Observe misalignment.

Expected behavior

Let user configure it's padding.
