Internal calling API endpoint (most called PATCH /api/users) not working

In v3.0.2 - maybe 3.0.1 too, there is error with calling api endpoint from frontend for synchronize user settings as tutorial modal windows, etc, After that, modals are popup-ed every day. Calling PATCH ending with error 400.
