I'm not sure if there's any others, but when I previously was just flipping through the pages, I found several instances of the climbing over the mausoleum page in a place that was not just before the shortcut entrance. For example, in the public pdf I downloaded a month ago, on page 197070. I'm not sure if there are any other similar pages that have no way to get to them, but I figured I'd let you know.

Also, unrelatedly, I don't know how github's standards or your preferences, but if I have any suggestions on tweaks to puzzle flow (the main thing I was planning to tweak in my modding), is that something you'd like to hear, and if so, would that be something I would put in an "issue" here or is there somewhere else I should share that with you? I'm happy to keep things to myself, to be clear, but I figured I'd be happy to offer my thoughts if you wanted them.

Oh, another meta question (sorry if putting these here is awkward, but I just wasn't sure where to ask):

I was going to go through to find typos (I recall several). Is there a best way I can help streamline fixing that? My instinct was just to quote the current text and point out the typo, but I didn't want to just pile a ton of work in front of you if that isn't the best way.
