View/Start presentation slow performance/feedback

Android needs to ask for file presentation to prepare it, and download the images (so it can be shown on device). We need to improve this so images can be downloaded in background, or the process as a whole should be speed up. Dependending on the presentation size it is taking like 10-20 seconds to visualize.
