Change Log 0.4.11 - 2019-08-23
- Added new use_pipe_color flag to the dialing directory. This translates PIPE Color Codes
that are displayed, yet not translated by older BBS Systems. This will do the work so that
Message and other text on older BBS Software can look as nice as modern software without
ugly pipe codes displaying everywhere.

- Refactored Dialing Directory XML and FontSets to Yaml
- FontSets are regenerated automatically and
The Dialing Directory will detect if the XML already exists and convert
it to the new Yaml file format. If none exists it will generate a default entry.
- This is more an update release to get all project file updated back in sync
There are several things that need to be rewritten or finished in the Dialing Directory
for creating and managing new systems. This alone with better SSH support will be
updated. right now you have to put a login and password in the SystemEntry to use SSH
Input fields and configuration are high on the list to get worked on next.
After this more updates to transfer protocols.

- Fixed Issues - Most likely long standing with Posix/*nix systems and the dialing
directory not displaying correctly. This was fixed in 0.4.9-alpha Branch but was
never merged back to Master, So making a few updates until 0.4.10-alpha is ready.

- Fixed Posix issue with missing SOCKET definition on some Linux builds
- Added new PostBuild to cleanup of Makefiles to remove my develop paths to make it
easier to build from the command line. This will now automatically clean when i build the project

NOTE, i don't have FreeBSD and OSX VM's working right now, so those projects will be updated lateron.

to correct this, a queue was setup when parsing so that all write sequences

Full screen removed from dialing directory because it spawn each connection in it's own

focus causing the last active window to look input.

2. Need to add input grab to make sure the new focused window has full
text input available.

seems to be access something it shouldn't so need to spend time tracking
this down, I'm thinking a surface that is no longer existing.

to set a flag on any disconnected system during the session->leave()

The socket is still considered open, so you can only call
close() on the socket, not both close() and shutdown()!

- Starting on Connections
- Adding Creating and Connection Instance to SessionManager Queue from MenuManager.
- Connections are working, however need to add in telnet option passing to handle
incoming data properly. Also have to make sure Async Sockets in separate thread
are allowing the main thread to process the data properly.
- Added In Telnet Definitions and created new TelnetManager class for option negotiations.
- Also added new TermType to the DialDirectoy XML file. This is the Terminal type sent to the
server on connections ANSI is default, others could be XTERM depend on the shell or server
* ISSUE:
- Just realized that Connection Swaps are done in the async.connection callback
which is threaded with IO_Service. SDL Events can't hit Windows that are swapped in threads
go figure. So right now it connects and renders, but then freezes because it can't handle
events. So this needs to be reworked to register a connection, passing the socket, then
a new session needs to be swapped separately from the Interface class not in a thread! WIP!

- Refactored Broadcaster to SessionManager for better description of function
- Update shutdown procedure, if DialDirectory Window/Session is closed, then
all Sessions are closed and program is shutdown. Otherwise individual
sessions are closed only when clicking X on the window.
- Added HOME and END to DialDirectory to move quickly to First and Last entry.
- Also reworked the menu system a bit changing ESC Functions keys from looping
vector to a single std::map for KeyValue and quicker lookups.

- Added Themes to the Dialing Directory, The ANSI/ASCII screen along with
Light bars for both the systems list and light bar commands have always
been open and customizable. Now by created a new DialDirectory.ini
and appending 1..2..3.. like DialDirectory1.ini you can setup each ini to point
to different theme templates to personalize your interface use to some
pre-make ones that will be created. Themes can be quick switched using
then brackets '[' and ']' keys for switching between next and previous themes.
- Todo, update the Redraw light bar commands once themes are switched.
- Checked that Themes are working with different font sets, now to test menu
templates for different light bar colors and positions alone with the system
listing light bars, colors, and box sizes.
Change Log 3.0.22 - 2016-01-05
- Created new Fontset.xml file to hold all system fonts with names, height,
width, filename and ESC sequence for automatic font switching.
The availability to set the sequence in the XML is an added bonus to set
a preference. For example. If ESC[0;40 D is received for Amiga Topaz,
however you preference is to see Topaz Plus, you can set this ESC sequence
under the preferred font so it will be used instead. All fonts are now
configurable.
- Also updated the Dialing Directory to pull front names from the new xml set.
