EEPROM Alert message doesn't disappear

After upgrading my mini Kossel based on ATmega2560 with the new MK4duo FW 4.4.0 the LCD displays the following error message for the EEPROM Alert:
"ATTENZIONE EEPROM Cambiata. Premere il bottone per continuare"
Unfortunately, although I pressed the button, the message is still alway displayed at each power up of the 3D printer.

Certo è normale. Ti sta dicendo che la versione della eeprom è diversa rispetto a quella del nuovo fw, se non salvi in eeprom i nuovi valori continuerà a dirlo in eterno ogni volta che accendi.
Per cortesia abilitate solo le funzioni che sapete usare, se non sai come funziona la eeprom meglio che la disabiliti.
