When clicking on a disabled
View Detailslink in the notification drawer, it displays an error. By preferring thenotification.actionCallbackovercustomScope.viewSubjectDetailsthis problem is gone as theactionCallbackis only set when the link is enabled. This makes theviewSubjectDetailsfunction obsolete.Fixes #4648
