The Sidebar component has been refactored for better structure and readability. This involved restructuring the ListItems function, addition of NewComponent function, and updating the LinkType and Props types. The changes also involved adding the AboutPage with the corresponding routing in the main index file. The PageLayout has been updated to use the new Sidebar structure. This makes the Sidebar component more modular and simplifies its usage in different contexts.
