fix: bi-directional relationship between ProjectDao and GitHubCommitDao

A bi-directional relationship has been set up between the ProjectDao and GitHubCommitDao classes in the persistence/dao package. The changes ensure that each GitHubCommitDao entity is associated with a specific ProjectDao and vice versa.
