Add precompiled registration form for professors in the WebApp

When a professor tries to register in the WebApp we try to get his/her information from People.

HTD: the professor clicks the register button in the WebApp; he/she is presented a registration form already filled with his/her information (taken from People); the professor that completes the form and submits the registration. At the end the professor has been registered into the platform.
