BUG: hysteria2填写跳跃端口参数无法正常连接

描述问题

hysteria2配置填写跳跃端口时无法正常连接，删除跳跃端口参数则可以正常连接。

预期行为：正常连接

实际行为：无法连接，日志出现报错信息

如何复现

1.使用xray核心以及外部hysteria2核心，hysteria2核心版本v2.2.0
2.配置中填写跳跃端口，其余参数使用默认配置
3.启动节点测试Url Test
