schedules strange behaviour

I have a setup with two profiles called day and night. At day I want to limit charging to 98% and at night to 75%. Two schedules are activating those profiles at 06:30 and at 21:00. This is working fine except when I unplug my phone in the morning it would switch back to night if it reached 98% already. If it has of reached 98% it would stay correctly in day profile. Is there anything I could do about it? I am using this setup since years for battery longevity, but it gets quite annoying when trying to charge at day but having to switch to day profile manually.
