Size error on title

Playing this titlke through library browser it is the wrong size. There is basically a black box all the way round it. It is a DVD folder rip which is normal in MBT and MB2. Other rips seem to be ok though.

Sadly there's nothing we can do here because we're limited to what is supported by ffmpeg, and it really doesn't have much support at all for dvd folder rips.

I do have an open ticket for Tikuf, #118 . I will close this in favor of that, since that will encompass all dvd-related streaming issues.

MBT and MB2 do not suffer from the issue because they are playing directly from the file system and not using the server's streaming api.
