Was going to make a new issue but this one will do.

  1. call ethereum.enable() on firefox
  2. hit cancel on the connect request screen
  3. "unhandled promise rejection MetaMask - RPC Error: e/<@moz-extension://xb915983-bb72-4...

That right there is an UUID, and a pretty weird error message to throw...
