This would be in the form of post-processing the archive file. Given an archive, enumerate all unmerged PRs and find the

It would be good to have some basic tests to run on this with each commit; would probably require a test repo with
pre-populated content and a test reference file.

There s been a request for the ability to install this tool from pip, e.g. during container image generation. This
appears feasible, and could even be hooked into a CI flow.
