Task: Define the scope and goal of the user journey maps to be created. Determine which stakeholders should be involved and get them up to speed on what will be involved in the user journey mapping process.
Output: Core group of engaged stakeholders, along with clear goals and scope for the selected user journey maps (one each for donations, petitions and email sign-ups)
