Incomplete documentation for ResxLocalization

The link to the blog has almost nothing to do with the plugin. The plugin wraps the code in the blog and would need extra infos about how to configure it or where to put the .resx file.

Oh damn. I forgot to document my issue about missing documentation.

This is about ResxLocalization. The documentation says to refer to someone's blog post. But it is not obvious even when reading the whole code how the .resx file will be detected, what are the 3 parameters, etc. A complete flow and an explanation of .resx path detection would be great. I've made it work, though.
