Notification type - new topic in subscribed forum

Add an option to enable/disable notification for:

• someone create a topic in a forum to which you are subscribed

I guess all these notifications you have suggested should be added by other addons - such as Moderation Alerts Pack - which I will be glad to update before the launch of MyAlerts 2.0. @euantorano has put a lot of efforts into this new version which has surely changed from the previous one, so it will take some time for me to get into this one more time, also due to my commitments and deadlines in personal life which have taken me away from development for 3 months (it seems little but it feels AGES to me, I can't understand nearly anything from the new code).

I am not really a fan of all those classes floating around in tons of files, as I tend to simplify things a lot in my projects, but I guess he had a reason to do so.

This said, I hope @euantorano will update the Integrating page in the wiki and guide us developers into this new exciting world as soon as possible, so we will be able to update the addons meant for MyAlerts before the actual 2.0 release.
