Description

Mycroft doesn't need to check for supported languages for extract_duration, lingua_franca handles that internally. This was noted by @emphasize in lingua-franca PR #119

How to test

Install the lingua_franca from PR 119. Make sure that

from mycroft.util.parse import extract_duration
print(extract_duration("10 sekunden", lang="de-de"))

prints timedelta(seconds=10)

LF already handles this in the current release: https://github.com/MycroftAI/lingua-franca/blob/0.2.1/lingua_franca/parse.py#L161
