Dataset views - provide a dedicated dataset view during submission

After preparing the datasets table in the database for hosting michi metadata, we still need to plan and implement datasets page. Currently separate datasets pages are only available for public ones not during the submission where the user needs to edit the metadata.

It might be best to separate the sample view from NMRium and the datasets view during submission. Selecting one dataset in NMRium should display its metadata below.
