ASHRAE 90.1-2019 includes a new requirement for hospital to incorporate a heat recovery chiller (HRC) under certain circumstances. HRCs will be added to openstudio-standards once NREL/OpenStudio#4311 has been addressed.

@lymereJ I have time and budget to work on this in the next few months if it is worth starting on it.

Update? Looks like the water heater issue was addressed and merged on Feb 28. Wondering if there will be a coming change to openstudio-standards or the OS App?

@nklammer still working on it. It is more complicated than I thought it would be, and sizing isn't straightforward. Need to do an annual run for most common sizing techniques, which means it may end being an openstudio-measure at first.

update - we are going to first release this as a measure, and then will include it in openstudio-standards.
