Currently, planar surfaces with outside and ground boundary conditions are considered as exterior building envelope.

types_to_modify << ['Outdoors', 'ExteriorWall', 'SteelFramed']

Otherwhise, ASHRAE 90.1 only considers building elements from conditioned spaces as exterior envelope.

Besides, the current baseline building doesn't consider the semi exterior envelope.
