Describe the bug

When particles in motion are on screen, a large percentage of the time they simply aren't visible, but when they are, they create odd draw order distortions that appear as motion blur like flickering.

Stochastic blending does nothing in this situation.

How do you reproduce the bug?

Load up VTMB with remix and use the console:

map sm_hub_1

Wait for the rain particles to start.

What is the expected behavior?

Better handling of particles in general, as well as multiple blending of different depths of transparency especially in motion.

Thanks for reaching out! We've opened REMIX-3698 for internal investigation. As part of repro instructions, could you also please provide us with mod files and .conf files? Thanks!

Sure! Where do I send that? Is there an email or something? feels odd to put the mod files in a git comment so I'm guessing there's a more official place to send it?

Hey @Safemilk - we don't have an email box to use, but a link to an online storage location (like a Google Drive or Dropbox folder) would work. Sometimes users upload their mod files in a Discord message and link that here, too.

I actually have an alpha release of the mod, which contains all project files that can be downloaded here:
https://www.moddb.com/mods/vampire-the-masquerade-bloodlines-rtx-remaster/downloads

Does that work? Or do you need the working files for the Remix Editor project as well?
