개요

directory 경로를 기반으로 하는 특정 블로그 전용의 플러그인을 운영할 수 있는 기능을 추가한다.
general 플러그인은 모든 블로그에서 접근할 수 있고, blog-specific 플러그인들은 해당 블로그에서만 접근할 수 있다.
