bundle adjust with pinhole cameras

I got a report saying that bundle_adjust with the option --create-pinhole-cameras, when it modifies the pinhole cameras in place rather than the adjustments to them, makes it run at least 10 times slower. I looked the code, and nothing seems suspicious, most of the code is shared anyway, and the speed is still reasonably acceptable, I think, it is just strange. To study at some point.
