Unable to reestablish connection through WS when docker container killed #8118

Connect Nethermind and Nimbus by WS
When connection well established and node is synced kill docker container (not gracefull shutdown)
Reconnect - after few minutes started getting "No incoming messages from the consensus client that is required for sync"
