Open web Console in Browser from a Session #13

I'd suggest that for the first release we don't manage if the user is already logged in the console on the default browser. It need to be discussed support to specific browser features (like firefox containers) and how to handle default configuration. |

We put it on the roadmap for the end of this quarter, but we're a bit behind schedule. |

In Leapp v0.10.0 you can open an AWS Web Console directly from a Leapp Session! Referenced by #189 |
