Add adjustable delay between every item when mass selling/relisting/canceling items to prevent temporary lockout from the steam market

You sometimes get locked out from steam market because the userscript sends too many request in a short timespan.

Example: cancelling 70 listings is done way to fast.

Add adjustable delay between mass selling/relisting/canceling items.

Example: User sets a 5 s delay and wants to list 10 items

• List item 1
• wait 5 s
• list List item 2 from queue
• wait 5 s
