Add "Insert alignment tab" feature in "Header & Footer" tab

Hi! I think "Insert alignment tab" should be a supported feature in "Header & Footer" tab (button). I use this feature very often in MS Word as it's quite an elegant way of creating a footer/header which contains information on the both side of the header/footer (within the same text line). This feature should be supported in read/saved documents as well. Right now when I open a document which has an alignment tab inserted, there's simple no tab at all. The text becomes joined without any spacing.

The problem is reproduced on Document Server.
