Expected Behavior

The combination of the Shift key and the mouse Scroll wheel to move horizontally.

Actual Behavior

Not working on 8.2.2. But it works on 8.2.1.

I confirm the problem as Bug 71924.
The problem is also relevant to the DocumentServer.
