New JS site documentation

  • Updated pages with variants and example HTML
  • Updated design and layout to match Fabric React website
  • Fixed component example HTML formatting
  • Added syntax highlighting for JS and HTML examples
  • Added components States and Methods

Can't say I've examined all 400+ changed files, but based on the bug bash we had yesterday I'd say this is ready to merge. Such an improvement!
