Albanian language should be a priority in my opinion.

Translation of the GeoPortal itself ?

I, of course, don't mind but there is not much text to translate.
I'll create the homepage in Albanian.

i think there should be a way of navigating from one language to the other. Let me know if you need the text in Albanian.

As mentioned in #10 (comment) , I'll migrate to Jekyll so everyone can edit the pages easily.
