Description

Bug

There is some test which doesn't cleanup properly during rampdown and causes that it leaks worker process running in backend and reserve port - apitests then fails because port is reserved already.

This appears in #99 so might be that its only #99 specific bug - need more investigation.

opentmi version
#99 - might be related to that PR only..

Expected Behavior
can run unittests before apitests

Actual Behavior
if unittests is running first some of them leaks process and fails apitest because "port is in use"

actually #94 changes probably fix this
