You should be able to do that with MergeSettings instead WithSettings

I use IRecipeMigrator to migration:

public async Task CreateAsync()
{
await _recipeMigrator.ExecuteAsync("MyMenuItems.Recipe.json", this);
return 1;
}

There are no MergeSettings and WithSettings fro using this method.
