Entra ID Registration

I'm trying to prototype Entra ID authentication and registration. The authentication part is working but when it tries to register I'm getting a message saying I need to provide an Email address even though I have the "Do not ask username", "Do not ask email address", and "Do not create local password for external users" checkboxes checked.

Does anyone have a recent example of setting up Entra ID authentication and registration under OC 2.0.x?
