Describe the bug

When a user with "Publish own content" try to create content, they get an unauthorized issue.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. give a user Publish own content
    2.try to use the API to create a new content item.

Expected behavior

User should be able to publish contents
