Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Can't upload .webp images by default.

Describe the solution you'd like

.webp should be an extensions that is allowed by default like the rest of the allowed image extensions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Specify a list of extension to use from the appsettings.json file
