Add a way to redirect to the user back to the form

When creating a form widget, it is helpful to be able to redirect the user back to the page they came from. This is useful when you are using the same form on multiple pages.

Like if the request failed, redirect back to where the user came from instead of a specific location. So we will still have a way to redirect the user to a specific location, but also a way to redirect them back to where they came from.
