I'd like a flask-based viewer which is like an offline YouTube that has all the changes on it. Documented in the README and it should be included in the demo because it's a cool feature.

Started on it today. Template files won't use any external CSS/JS files in the repo and will just use <style> and <script>. Not the most performant but it's less clutter.

Almost finished and it's been weirdly easy so far; i've done most of it in a day. Once this is done I'll do #3 and then #2 once I get back from holidays.
