Implement support for AutoFilter in PHPExcel_Writer_Excel5

Description

I create an Excel files save with the Writer Excel 5 and the auto-filter is not apply. If I use the Excel 2007 writer no problem

Looks like AutoFilter for Excel5 is not working.
The same code but with Excel2007 Writer works fine.

What could be wrong?

Which code do you use ? The branch master or develop ?

I'm trying Tests/10autofilter.php with no modifications.
I got everything from here: https://github.com/PHPOffice/PHPExcel/zipball/develop 3 days ago so the AutoFilter support should be in.

I pull the last version of the branch develop.
I try Tests/10autofilter.php.
I test 10autofilter.xls just generated with Office2007 & LibreOffice, and i have the autofilter for the four columns.

I tested on Office2007 just now and it looks fine but on Office2003 does not.

I think would be good to state this limitation in changelog.txt
