Adjust the SIP solution routines to prevent allocations and support extension by user-defined extension type.

  • Re-code Mitsos 2011 solution routines to support extension type
  • Introduce revision to Mitsos 2011 detailed in "Djelassi, Hatim, and Alexander Mitsos. "A hybrid discretization algorithm with guaranteed feasibility for the global solution of semi-infinite programs." Journal of Global Optimization 68.2 (2017): 227-253.
  • Finalize hybrid algorithm detailed in "Djelassi, Hatim, and Alexander Mitsos. "A hybrid discretization algorithm with guaranteed feasibility for the global solution of semi-infinite programs." Journal of Global Optimization 68.2 (2017): 227-253.
