Same named icons are wrongly added

if you search for edit in "all symbol set" and try to add the pencil symbols, the ones that have the same name are wrongly added.

This will require prefix that is also relevant (and implemented) for the different styles of material design icons.

This is an Inkscape bug, not an open-symbols bug.

I've just reported it now, here: https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/-/issues/9887 (after having experienced it with my own sets). I'd suggest not fixing this here, but pushing for a fix in Inkscape.

It is to be expected that multiple symbol sets contain objects with the id 'heart' or whatever. And it's not on the symbol set makers to ensure that that does not occur in other symbol sets available somewhere on the internet.
