But it doesn't actually show any PayStrings. I'm guessing it is some text-based identifier, right?

Please show PayStrings.

Reading the whole page it's not even clear if this is a crypto thing, if I can use it on my PDF invoices to collect payment with credit card/ACH/SWIFT or something else.
