I was scanning one of our large content management systems and analyzing links. I came across this one when looking at short hosts that wasn't in the list and thought I should submit. Similar ones like lnks.fr and lnks.it were in the "inactive" list. You're right though as it does make the url much longer and not sure it's a shortner. I don't know much about the host, it's possible it's some type of link verifier or tracker instead?
