New Tag for Backup Feeds

One of the appeals of nostr is if one server goes down, ideally your interactions are stored on one of the other servers you're connected to.They say this is one of the drawbacks of RSS; if my DNS server goes down, my feed is inaccessible. A simple solution is a new tag that lists other servers the feed can be found on.

It means a podcaster has to upload their feed to multiple servers, but also means the loss of one server doesn't mean the loss of their feed. Something along the lines of if an app or index tries to update a feed from the url on file and the feed is not found, look at the next url in the list of alternates and fetch the feed. If that feed has a more recent pubDate, then update the feed in the app or server.
