Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, the codebase lacks effective Slack alerts to detect and notify critical failures. This absence makes it challenging to identify and respond to issues in a timely manner, potentially delaying resolutions and increasing downtime.

Add useful slack alerts to detect and notify critical failures to ensure timely resolution.
