Tests: Stricter pattern for nice-token-names test #2588

This makes the pattern for the nice-token-names test stricter by disallowing underscores. When I originally added the test, I added the underscore because (at the time) there were 2 languages that had such token names and since they weren't wrong, I just left them as is.

I disallowed underscores to make the naming consistent across languages.
