Describe the bug
BCLib breaks Skygrid generation in the Nether and the End after "applying fixes". Overworld is not affected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create two skygrid worlds, X and Y. Same settings, different seeds.
  2. Confirm that the End and the Nether generation is skygrid in world X,
  3. Exit world X,
  4. Copy any folder from the world Y to world X, for example 'entities' folder (to trigger BCLib's 'incompatible World' popup),
  5. Enter the world X and apply fixes,
  6. Explore the End and the Nether.

Expected behavior
World should continue to generate in a skygrid form, in all dimensions.

I didn't know where to put this one. Because overworld is normal I decided it's more likely to be Skygrid's fault. Should I duplicate this to BCLib's github?

I am not quite sure if that is the intended behaviour of the mod, or if it's a bug, I'll have to look into that
