Re-incorporate updated KPI 3.2 Surgery into historical data block #126

KPI 3.2 HB of surgery data is temporarily printed out as 4_1_kpi_3_2_surg_remake202409.rds, but these data need to be part of the 4_1_kpi_3_202409.rds data block. Then remove all temporary coding around this and return to BAU running.
